Cookie Butter

This is a subtly sweet brown sugar cookie with chunks of  biscoff cookies throughout.  It's topped with a cookie butter drizzle and a sprinkle of sea salt.   This  gourmet cookie weighs in at 5.5 ounces and is large enough to share (or not).
